paul’s bass

it always has to be just right, doesn’t it? neither sog, nor too crunchy. because falling off to either side can just turn the whole experience around. oh the memories of yore are so surreal, the details blaspheme with under-richness. i want to watch my past flow past me, and evaluate. evaluate like every good political scientist does. is that what i have become, or what i want to be. I don’t want projections, I choose choice, I choose steps, I choose grace.
